Starting up with learning the creative software through LinkedIn Learning tutorials & help from uni Tutors.

Christina introduced TV paint to us in class and thoroughly explained the basis of the software. Then, I undertook some self-study lessons for Adobe Animate online.
I have never used TV Paint or Adobe Animate before, however, my first impressions are that they are both quite intuitive and similar to other creative apps such as After Effects and Photoshop. I personality prefer to work with vector-based apps so I think I will focus on Adobe Animate for now.
I’ve learned that TV Paint is a bitmap software which creates more of a natural feel to the visuals and the animation looks more “traditional”.
Animate CC is vector based and gives a more stylised feel to the work, it also includes various features for time efficient or smart animation.
